Please submit one application per ensemble.  The application fee for MS/JH and High School festivals is $75 per choir; the elementary festival application fee is $50 per choir.  Enclose a school or booster check with your application (make checks payable to SCVA) OR a copy of your PayPal receipt.  If your SCVA membership is not current, please add your $35 membership dues to your application fee (or add that item to your PayPal shopping cart).  Applications must be postmarked by March 2, 2009.  Applications will be returned unprocessed if they are postmarked after March 2, or submitted with personal checks or purchase orders.  Mail applications to:
